Once the FDA / SDA/ VI is approved all operator user/s having approval rights can download the FDA / SDA. / VI and save the same for your refence and further action.
To download FDA / SDA / VI please follow the below steps (Port Call – DA Approval – Search)
Search the Port Call number or Vessel Name for which the FDA / SDA / VI needs to be downloaded.
Click on the Port Call number hyperlink.
Click DA Preview / VI Preview.
To send the file as email, click on send email, to download the same on your desktop, click DA Package
The DA along with cover page and all supporting documents will be downloaded on your device.
