Port Call Cancellation

All operator user/s can Cancel a Port Call / Appointment from their end when the Appointment status is as below:

1. Appointment Sent

2. PDA submitted for Approval.

3. PDA approved Advance Remitted/FDA Pending

Once FDA is received in our system, the appointment cannot be canceled.

  • Port Calls – In Process

  • Select the Port call, click edit and cancel the Appointment

  • Please mentioned the Reason for Cancellation. Agent+/Vendor will be notified.

  • Click Cancel PortCall
